Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Checked, a product of Checked Solutions, LLC (“Checked,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page to Checked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Checked.

1. The service

Checked lets you connect your own Facebook Page(s) and read and reply to the comments left on those Pages from a single workspace. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and connect only Pages you are authorized to manage.

3. Your use of Facebook data

When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize Checked to access that Page’s data through the Meta Graph API, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to connect each Page and for your own compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms, the Facebook Community Standards, and applicable law. Checked accesses and uses your Page data only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Checked to send spam or harassing, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; violate Meta’s policies or any third party’s rights; access data or accounts that are not yours; disrupt the service; or reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your content and Page data, and grant Checked the limited permission needed to process and display that data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Intellectual property

Checked, the Checked and Checked Solutions, LLC names and logos, and the software and site are owned by Checked Solutions, LLC. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or software except to use the service as permitted here.

7. Availability

We work to keep Checked reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checked Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Checked is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checked Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Checked and disconnect your Pages at any time; doing so revokes our access and removes stored tokens as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access for violations or if we discontinue the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
